If any of the two changed, and you have about a month, you can still go for it. Is there PSK near to where you live? If answer to that question is a yes, then you can. The process is very streamlined and simple. Agents value add is only when any of your documents is missing or things like that. I mean if you don't have any documents supporting residence proof or if you want to file affidavits for name change etc. Otherwise, it is a simple process. This was done in last December. If you have plans, please book an appointment at the nearest PSK now. The complaint is that appointments are taking time.
