H1 transfer when h4 and ead are in process

Did anyone face this situation?.employer A filed for h1 extension along with h4 and h4 ead. H1 approved in premium and h4 and ead are in process..will take at least 3 months I believe for approval..eppudu h1 transfer chesi if I move to a different employer what will happen to the existing h4 and ead applications..will they be rejected automatically..

your new employer  will file H1B Along with H4 kada?

you will get an RFE asking updated H1B Copy or you can send new H1B after the approval before you get RFE

H4 varaku chestadu but not for ead..

Same case here. H4 ext and ead were pending and employer applied H1 ..H1 approve ayinaka h4 ext and ead are also approved. Continuing to work on H1. I guess h4 and h4 ead are approved accidentally as h1 change of status is done.
