H1 approved in premium and h4 and ead are in process..will take at least 3 months I believe for approval..eppudu h1 transfer chesi if I move to a different employer what will happen to the existing h4 and ead applications..will they be rejected automatically.. Rider22 Posted July 6, 2022 Report Share Posted July 6, 2022 Same case here. H4 ext and ead were pending and employer applied H1 ..H1 approve ayinaka h4 ext and ead are also approved.
