Client only cares about if they are available during 9 to 5 and working 8 hours a day . As you grow in roles , working on many clients is pretty normal . 
 

Some neat trick is : you tell client you are working part time on this project like 20 hours a week . The same commitment is given 2 more clients . 
 

so the employee charges 60 hours cumulatively to clients . But they get paid for 40 hours only , of course because their utilization is high their bonus at the end of year will be high . All consulting firms do this IBM , Accenture , Deloitte , KPMG , PWC , even boutique consulting firms do it too .

There is no one size fits all … so yeah for some what you said is better option if they can handle their growth .

big 4 or types of big 4 will add substantial value to your resume if you wanna grow quickly .

That’s not weird baa , big 4 are the people who waste most of the ppl time in market as they wait to bring someone from offshore to close the position , so they are big and stupid witches in the market. Normal vendors are far far better
