1.5 year back perm/ i140 approved thru this employer 

ee 5 years same client and thru same implementation partner 

ippudu client full time join avtava antunadu 

implementation partner monna adigadu- client full time adugutunaru ninnu, salary expectations enti? Interest e na etc.

client full time adugutunaru, naku kuda interest vundi ani Na desi consultancy employer ki ela chepali

edina problems create chestada employer? 
 

offer letter lo 2 years varaku bond, u cannot leave company due to investment done on you etc etc clause vundi- will it be a problem ? Can he legally take action if I join client as full time ?

hw big is ur employer? It all depends and vary case by case. Legal notice can be sent by your employer and if he is adamant can also go back after vendor and client. No client will go into trouble or like to face legal challenges for new employees. They will raise hands and let you go. Handle with care. Tell to your current employer only after your H1B transfer process is completed and you have a joining date. Better give 30days notice after h1b transfer approves.
