Hi,, Need some advice if anyone have experince.  Got divorced last year and looking for marriage...I am on EAD (GC) and not sure if I get GC (Aug 2012 PD) this year as I had to interfile but didnt receive receipt yet. So if I marry an Indian citizen what''s easiest and best way to get her here..

Is your H1 still active then get her on H4

If you have valid h1 bring her on h4 if not F1 is the way until you get GC

Do it fast before you get gc bro and apply her 485, not sure visa dates asalu levu for fresh h4

For example yiu get married and she is india trying to get appointments she cannot come to us on h4 , as your is gone the moment u get gc, she can come on her own f1 h1(if applicalble) l etc

The only way edo add chestaru consular process that is minimum 30 minth wait

As dates are current fast ga pelli chesukoni ikadiki tisukokehcyi , 

Based on yiur date you can get gc any time

Thanks everyone. Two options employer gave : go to h1b consular processing (mine expired and I didnt renew as i converted to EaD) and get her on H4 and then abandon H1 and convert to EAD once u apply for AOS for wife. Second option is F1/H1/B2 ...B2 would be best annadu but rejections are high... Still looking at girls as finding girl for divorced person was tough...it was stressful last 1.5 yr for me to come out of it. Thank you for all advices. I will keep posted.
