cnbc is part of the same echo chamber as twitter, they would obviously create a fake story

Musk knows exactly what will happen, he will buy at half the price in a month

I don't think you can include merger companies and lawyers in echo chamber .. who will trust them if Elon walks away?

Others can exploit this in future and walk out after causing damage to their competitor

this is not the first time this thing is being done. may be not to a company the size of twitter armed with a bunch of lawyers.

so Ofcourse its exploitable. question is, whether Elon is smart enough to do it. NY billionaire row lo unde sagam mandhi ilantivi exploit chesi rich aynolley.

basically Twitter treated this asshole with disdain, not even responding to his bs requests and providing data that he wasn't satisfied with. It'll be glorious if Twitter forces him to finally buy the platform after treating him like a b1tch.

what if Musk is forced to fork out a $1bn in cancellation fees??

most likely this will lead to a long legal battle and most people will forget about it in a couple months.

Those who read the contract say , he effectively gave up any due diligence -

even if he pays 1$ BN, twitter will lose 10$ BN for Musk getting away from deal, its stock will land into 20's

twitter is not gonna lose. Its investors will lose. They were the ones who were keen to push for the deal. I say nice thing happened.

twitter will still go on monopolizing the microblog space, and trolls crying about how they can't get to control twitter.

liberal ecosystem is too big to screw. It includes a lot of right wing people too. In fact Elon is part of the liberal ecosystem too, just that he doesn't want to pay taxes and whines about regulations

but he won't survive in the conservative ecosystem very long. actually there's no conservative ecosystem today. Its just trolls living off youtube money I guess.

normally he can't get away in delaware courts, but these things may sometimes have some loophole who knows.
