Monthly income kosam aithe waste…let the plot appreciate its value on its own..

niku vache 50k kosam 1 cr invest chestunav ante you should think twice…plus the hassle of managing the rental property.

Its like evado vundadaniki nee resources poll in chesi, nee time invest chesi, vallaki illu katti istunnav…

Ave 1 cr ekadaina invest chesuko…simple ga FD chesina niku 6-7 lakhs vastayi which is as much as you get In rentals but without ZERO risk…

1cr pettina house 5yrs tarvtha 3yrs aitadi monthly rentals vasthai Nuv cheppina simple FD lo interest vasthundi but your 1cr remains same

Yeah…5 years lo 3 cr vastadi..10 years lo 6 cr vastadi…vachedi vunte entha kavalante antha vastadi…but below are the things you need to consider..

1. House and it’s rent management.

2. 1 cr if you are burning from your pocket, it’s worth almost 2cr worth of investment.

3. House value decreases over the period of time and maintenance increases.

4. Home loan teesukuni illu kadithe, vache rents interest mandam saripotayi thappa principal recover cheyalev.

5. Worth 3 cr anadaniki, liquid cash 1cr vundi anadaniki chal teda vuntadi.

1 cr becomes 3 cr only if the land value appreciates. Otherwise it will stay stagnant. Building a home for rental purpose is not a great investment idea if you ask me. India lo ayitheee its worst. Tenants ni manage seyyadam antha veasy kadhu. Legal actions theesukolemmm vallu em chesina kudaaa

Invest in land build a good fencing around it and construct a small room. that should be fine.

Kids are born in USA, but we got a plot on which We are planning to construct a home, cost might go up to 1 cr for construction. Monthly rents may be 40,000 rs max ($550 approx)

Please express your opinions.

My thoughts are:

1) stability or future security

2) monthly income

3) a little bit of financial freedom.

But a commercial plot with warehouses with that 1 Cr. You will get 40k rent. Both plots will appreciate.

Hyderabad lo lot of gated apartments or villa communities are having very good property management teams, they take care from renting your place and maintaining them kuda, while renting a place to a tenant some companies also do background check kuda .... they dont charge landlord any fees, but charge renters on-time fees. your property gets appreciated , safe and well maintained. currently in and around hyderabad, lot of demand from such communities . building a house in open plot and will not get all these benifits .

Don’t listen to ‘financial experts’ in this DB. Go by your gut feeling and execute what your mind says. Keeping yourself happy is top priority. Keep it simple.

Happiness and Investing are mutually exclusive and should be far from reality, reality.

If you are damndamn sure that you will be going back to India in the next 3-5 years then do it. Otherwise don’t invest even 1 penny in India. !
