india trip - rant/rave

chala years tarvatha india pothe ila ani"pichi"ndhi:

janala daggara paisalu masthu vunnayi, land/realestate riches?
evadu chudu crores topic. no more lakhs topic..
like Villas 10-15 crores (missed amazing investing opportunities)
even salaries - heard about ppl getting 1 cr pkg in fang like companies senior positions
some friends are entrepreneurs - builders, hospitals, organic farming, schools,  imports (China), liquor shops etc
hyd mini US city laga anipichindhi from ORR..like in some areas, ORR nundi commercial/residential buildings look vere level
district level - random ga buddodi ki lollipop konisthunte kirana kottu vaadu some house sale in crores ani discussion
village level - per acre cost in some places has gone up 10 times. (ikkada kuda missed amazing investing opportunities)

on the other side:
humid/rainy season first time -  didnt like weather
restaurant food mazaa raaledhu - all spicy masala
drainage, pigs, traffic, smells, crowds, mosquittoes, common sense etc all still same or worse

naaku konchem claustrophobia laga anipichindhi overall any place - schools ki poina, restaurants, marts etc

ee trip tho permanent moveback kastame anipichindhi..

Earn in usa , invest in india and settle in india once your lands appreciate and your networth is 100 crores is heaven.

that's me though.. naa mukku kampu vethukundhi..thatsmy proeblem anyways.

but i noticed other frends who vcisited around same time; they were not complaining that much. 
i think their trip was busy. my trip is bevarse/no plans, just spending time w/family.
