kvp ela avthadu? He's already cashed out, and is working on some crypto stuff.

he has specific vision for twitter, and he was not able to implement it because he was constrained by shareholders when he was CEO. He thought taking twitter private would make it possible.

Personally he has no stake in this.

This is a flaw in the way markets function. A high profile buyer can destroy your business if he makes the right moves. Dorsey or even the Twitter board cannot stop him. Only try to make him honor the deal, and even that will take long deliberations in the court.

It'll be sweet if Elon Musk is forced to sell his stake in Tesla and SpaceX to pay for twitter.

SpaceX is going to go bankrupt anyway, and failed to raise half the money in their last funding round.

twitter board cannot refuse the deal. Dorsey only provided public legitimacy to it.

twitter is legally obligated to force him to buy. whether its successful in making him do it is another thing.
