I have close to 6 yrs now. This thread is based on hypothetical scenariooo...Even if I'm in 10 year exp range...It doesnt matter. Thats the direction it will go and I will have to accept it.

Experience does matter. 3 years ki if they know length and breadth of the whole solution as well know how to build  scalable and reliable systems for sure yes that person can be given the same amount. Those kind of people exist as well and are recognized. But not all 3 year experienced people have the grasp of it. So in that way experience matters. But that doesn’t mean 10 year experienced people will have a grasp of it as well. It is just that with experience he/she has more exposure and more chances to know more.
