So if you are hiring for your own company, would you hire the one with 3 years or the one with 10 years?? If you say you would hire 3 year one, you better not venture out into any business because you will fail.

You are saying that the qualified HR Executives of all these billion/trillion Dollar companies hiring candidates and paying matching salaries to candidates based on experience are doing it wrong and they should learn from your false wisdom because you think you know better than them?

Did any of the FAANG companies tell you this about the (cough) trend (cough) that is going to change in a few years or is there an officially published article from a qualified and “experienced” industry professional in this respect?
