so all these started happening when BJP came to power or are these existing before as well?

so Modi bigger initiative of save girl child is meant to encourage people to do more for girls and has nothing to do with state subjects of law and order

first know which part comes under whom and then get emotional, looks like you are of the confused souls who prefer to blame everything on person transforming than acknowledging these things were part of history as well and changes will happen when states manage law and order

few bad apples in BJP doesn't mean Modi is encouraging them

a country as complex as india needs not juts a PM but also good CM's to transform, you blaming Modi for rapes is pure ignorance

When they happend , politicians where repsonsinle to people and press.. people went to jails for scams
