Those were chinese planes releasing silver iodide and potassium iodide chemicals. These chemicals will cause cloud bursts. The enemy target was religious sites like Amarnath and engineering marvels like Kaleshwaram. Kaleshwaram was targeted because Jinping watched kaleshwaram project documentary and he thought infront of kaleshwaram three gorges dam is nothing. BJP govt at the center failed to detect this conspiracy on our sites. Failed BJP govt. Then KCR started investigation on why sudden cloud bursts across the country.
