Adhi genetic bro em chesina prolong cheyagalthav gani edho oka roju pakka . Regular ga check up cheyinchukovali.

go through complete video and conclude, cardiologist clearly explains . If its genetic then its waste of discussion here or  we just blame it on covid  . Food habits matters lot, if you eat seed oils food and does regular gym , looks full fit also there are high chances of heartstrokes. we have seen one heart stroke recently in close family , the guy is 38 yrs,has heart break and didn't marry, they are filthy rich, he doesn't work, no drinking , no smoking , he looks fit , he doesn't have any stress or tensions, all of a sudden died of heartstroke. His parents are still alive 70+ so cannot blame genetics, his grandparents lived 90+.

valve is not related heart?

heart calicification layman word

Below is the explanation coronary calcium scan

A heart scan, also known as a coronary calcium scan, is a specialized X-ray test that provides pictures of your heart that can help your doctor detect and measure calcium-containing plaque in your arteries.

Plaque inside the arteries of your heart can grow and restrict blood flow to the muscles of your heart. Measuring calcified plaque with a heart scan may allow your doctor to identify possible coronary artery disease before you have signs and symptoms.

Your doctor will use your test results to determine what you need — medication or lifestyle changes — to reduce your risk of a heart attack or other heart problems.

I didn't say just parents, grandparents too , no one in family died of heart stroke. all lived 80+, 90+ and died in old age due to fevers, broken back.just can't blame the gene

yes

Prevention is better than cure.

As he is at life risk, better to go for bypass and then follow healthy life style. And we all can avoid this by adopting to healthy lifestyle
