I changed employer and currently filling GC with them process start cheyala or go back to old consultancy na ardam katla.

2016 Feb ki inka time undi....if ur new employer starts PERM very soon, next yr ki ee time incase current aina, your PERM might be approved and you can file 140 n 485 concurrently...so go ahead with new PERm, but do as early as possible...my suggestion anthe

2016 is too far out. ask your employer to file gc asap. 140 time lo premium marchipoku. you will be ok

process delay cheyaku uncle , if relly dates become current in october then you can move to old consulatancy then and there or file as future employment why worry , idi file chesinanduku it has no impact

Start the process with new employer. By the time it gets 2016 your perm will be approved. I think you have enough time.
