Old H1 can be picked up after moving out of states?

2015 lo H1 pai unde US lo. Since 2015 working in India. But nadi i140 cleared with PD 2014. Fresh H1 petition file cheyala like brand new? Or 2015 lo unna na H1 petition ni re-use cheyocha (with different employer in US)? Job search lo fresh sponsorship ani andaru pakkaki po untundru.. any pointers in general cheppandi.. anyone in my situation how did they approach job search..

once you have 140 i think you are out of quota bro , provided they havent revoked the 140 or ("you have worked 6 months in 2014 after your 140 was approved)  but the problem is your pd is current. in final and you have not filed 485 yet there was thread about this you moight have problems getting h1 renewed check with lawyer

Out of quota ani andaru antunnaru(yes I worked 6months after i140 approval) but fresh H1 sponsorship cheyali so mingey antunnaru.. my question is aa old H1 ipdu reuse cheyalema? like someone changing job on H1 currently in US?

I think you are out of the 6 years period to re-use. Elanti complicated things ki talk to an attorney, oka 200$ pothe poyindi. YOu will get a better answer

Hmm keep good relation with current employer bro tell them if dates become current will come back or they can file future employment if dates become current

2016 is little far so better don't loose the oppurtunity if it's good but just keep good relation , convince current empleoyer

Some employer has to file H1 Change of Employer petition with valid job offer. If you are rejoining old employer then they has to file amendment+extension with valid job offer.

There is no fresh h1 bro they can transfer your h1 no need of ft consultancy will do your goal is get into us but stamping dates are tough 

Any lawyer will do bro murthy, challa law, reddy and Neumann etc etc they will charge some consultancy fee for a 30 min call yiu can explain them the scenario

You mean approach consultancy to do H1 transfer? Any contacts bro? Nenu semiconductors side unna, ikkada consultants dorkataleru.. any idea how to search for them
