H1 100% remote full time - doubt

How does this work? I mean h1b guy should be in office kada (Is uscis comes to site visit) 

client work location  lo house address kuda istara? In case h1 transfer approve ayyaka 6-8 months lo vere city ki move ite appudu malli h1 amendment file cheyala ? Full time lo HR or attorney oppukuntada  ila malli malli amendment ante ?
 

If full time client location is FL and someone is working remote from UTAH, then state taxes ela file chestaru?

State taxes will be filed in the state you live….it applies to people on W2 also

You can give any address in application but need to make sure the person lives there if USCIS comes and knocks the door. State move ayithe amendment required.
