KCR + K. A. Paul coalition tho Central Govt form avvali kaka appdude manchi rojulu.

Every country from 1950 to now has shown similiar improvements. in fact most asian countries in our neighbourhood have done better - korea/china/thailand/indonesia/malaysia . And so many african countries as well (not all) and latin american too. This is nothing unusual

India benefited from international co-operation in this matter.
