Extreme weightlifting and powerlifting in general is an extreme sport, and puts severe stress on your body that other physical activities may not generally. So when you are getting into an activity like heavy lifting, you are putting yourself in danger of cardiac issues via usage of steroids, or muscular/joint issues in the future. Yeah at intense workout regimes, cardiac arrests are a possibility. People often do not know difference between cardiac stroke and cardiac arrest. As a matter of the fact that cardiac arrest can happen to anyone. It’s just a random phenomenon and people who work out a lot tend to be more prone to it due to high intense workouts

He rather spent time time with physically handicapped bodybuilders in Mumbai.
