Remember in life, you have to grow slow . Bottom lo start chesi top ki vellali. First job faang lo vostey m gudustav. Also high salary is not longevity,.90s lo vunkuls used to get big stock options, it faded out in a decade. Now a days TC is majority rsus which are not reliable so enjoy your current role. Anything close to 150 base pay is very good pay as long as you like the job and team and wlb. 
 

also ibm job is fasak job as that company is dying
