Yes I lived there for 3 years and have a lot of friends that live there still. 

Schools, infrastructure all superb. 

Scottsdale is routinely ranked among the best winter cities to live in the US. 

If you can tolerate the dry hot summers, you can live happily in Phoenix metro

Texas more humid heat so anything above 90F will feel 10 degrees hotter. 

Phoenix more dry heat bro so you don't sweat as much

@tennisluvrreduxPlanning to move to Gilbert/Mesa this year.Can we bear the heat from June-August?how is the weather rest of the year?can you please share?

already lot of people moved and moving.. may be you dont have any job market in phoenix

Emo man I said that based on what the OP posted, if not very happiesu. 

I don't live in Phoenix, nenu lived in phoenix in the past anna ippudu living analedu kadaa so I don't know the current trend there.

Gilbert/Mesa both are good to move to and plenty of new communities from what I have gathered from friends living there. Bearing the heat ante just keep yourself hydrated man even if you don't think you are sweating, dry heat lo you might be dehydrated and not know it unlike places where it's humid. 

Rest of the year the weather is mostly nice, outdoor lovers ki ayithe winter times are great as it's not too cold and there are plenty of great places to hike/camp and explore in and around Phoenix.

phx housing is over valued as its up too much in last 2yrs..i am hoping it will fall..
