There are two hyd house right opp to each other. One is pakka charminar cafe type where all cab drivers go. Other one is family dining, go here. Mutton biryani and haleem famous but hit or miss these days (post covid). Overall Devon has lots of bakwaas  restaurants. 
manchi desi food ante two suburbs Schaumburg and Naperville.

there are couple of veg places in Devon. Udipi, Uru-Swati and Annapurna...for chats and snacks Sukhadia's....may be you can try these, last couple yrs lo edi close, edi open and which is better anedi no idea.

if ur staying close to downtown and only visiting that area, then food kosam suburb's vellatam lite....back n forth traffic will kill your time and energy. So Devon ey inka....north of chicago city (further north of devon ave) lo inka emaina new indian rest. vachayo chudu google maps lo and then u can decide....otherwise only veg aithe, paina cheppina places try chey

Downtown lo okka mangolian place undedhi. Very famous. Basically u will pick ur ingredients in a bowl and they will cook it for you.

downtown ki 1mile dooram lo okka middle east restaurant kooda untadhi. Buffet aithey arupulu assalu.

Hyderabad House biryani is my favorite in Chicago...at least twice a month thechukunta..the one which looks like a regular cafe is the best one for me...only cash payment and food is ready in less than 10 minutes.

Halwa bro..ippudu okathanu untadu spects vesukoni...I've been seeing him since the past 7 years I guess...he is cool though...athanu B1 meedha occhi ikkade settle aipoyadu..he knows me personally though..
