How to save on T@X from property sale

Sold property in Vij@yaw@da for 2.5C , The person who bought gave it all in white bank checks. 

If I need to bring the money here I need to pay tax. If I buy another property I will save some tax money ? 

I dont wanna bring them here now , how to save on p@ying T@x ?

That is correct , since we will deposit those check in our bank account we need to be accountable for that money also kada ? 
And I am not sure how this deal was made its a joint property between our family , so just asking here. 
Later this week we might consult an auditor
