low conviction rate meants low actual research, low evidence gathered for getting conviction. Low quality work basically.

Unless the real purpose is not to get conviction but to threaten them to submit to bjp.

em issue ba - judiciary acts with super speed when govt wants them to. Look at ram mandir or kashmir article or such high profile cases where govt wantes a judgement in their favor. ED is also a govt case where govt can easily obtain a conviction if they wanted to.

Most of the delays happen when case is bought by two private litigants.
