University transfer ki entha time padthundi 

Classes starting Aug 15 and cousin is coming Aug7….time saripothundi antaara 

even transferring process ki multiple views vintunna…..is it better to go to university and transfer or online apply chesthe better aa….would be really helpful if someone can help answer these questions
