Correct kaavochu...system and law want to be fair on all parties..thats the advantage...

But just imagine the plight of people in such situations......I knew one middle class person who invested in that aminpuuuurrr saahithiii group....

He was into teachingg....later edho fakkeee pettii as usual...ITt field ki vachaadu...but he is good at his skills though...

Vaallaki oka daughter....he invested 32 laccsss thinking that he would get a decent flat to live with his family....2020 la India la unnappudu chinna dawaat kooda ichindu....happy ga undhi thammudu...inaaltiki oka illu konaam ani...

Courts act based on law.. they don't create law.. if there is no provision for civil cases in law, why would courts interfere? nuvvu anna comment ki questions estunna.. ikkada pedda pedda thopulu vunnaru evevo laws quote chesi..
