NTR's daughter Uma Maheswari found hanging from ceiling fan - Suicide? 

 

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) founder and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N T Rama Rao’s daughter K Uma Maheshwari was found dead at her Jubilee Hills residence in Hyderabad on Monday morning.

Officials at the Jubilee Hills police station said it was a case of suicide. The 60-year-old was the youngest of NTR’s children and his fourth daughter.

Family members told police that Uma, her husband, daughter and son-in-law had breakfast together at 10am. She then went to her room after instructing the cook to prepare lunch for her daughter and son-in-law. As she did not come out at 12:30pm, they broke the door open by 1.30pm and found her dead inside her room. They called police and informed her brother Nandamuri Balakrishna and former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, whose wife is Uma’s sister.

 

Naidu and his wife, Bhuvaneshwari, rushed to Uma’s residence after coming to know of her demise. So did other family members. Another of Uma’s sisters, Daggubati Purandeswari, arrived in the afternoon.

Depression is a thing, money can’t buy happiness, it is where family support plays a pivotal role. Medications also have adverse effect. 

I have had experience dealing with with Schizophrenics who have sucidal tendencies and most at least try once and some twice or more, they are guided by a inner voice almost like a second person within them. Some decide to end that pain as they don’t or can’t find a way out
