only advantage is better speeds in 5G with shorter distance

2G is slower speed but longer distance...

my 2 cents,  2g scam was a blessing in disguise, as a result there was no monopoly,there were more than 20 service providers at one point in the country, the result was that there was so much competition that Indian cellular charges remained lowest in the world, got some innovative schemes like free incoming etc which lead to mass scale adaption  of cellphone. The consolidation started happening in later years and now we are left 3-4 providers

you need answer aa baffa's already accepted 2G was not scam and did fake propaganda in 2014
