dear 'older millennials bro' s ( those who are late 30's to mid 40 of age, 36-45 ) ...

for our generation the common thing is ... inter caste marriage ... which was sinnest in to our parents generation .... in our generation it was pretty common to be in love with love of life for years ... but we sacrifice that love our parents sake or her parents sake ... n a 5-10% fought to be married with their love of life ....

n now times changed ...

for our 'younger millennials' - who are in mid 20s to mid 30s of age (25-35 now)  - livein is most common ... so is divorce .... n so is ivf ....

our india pora poris live in for a smester, give it a try if its working good they continue for next semester... if not they will move in/ live in with other people .... so if they have to move to other place for work ... they will start living with some other person in the new city ... THIS IS PICCHA COMMON now .... n more common to do flings with manager for position or hike !!!

so the 'younger millennials' live in is damn common, so is divorce is piccha common and so is IVF!!!

so ... we r moving fast to western culture

these younger millennials put themselves first in everything ... including family ... and family relationships ... they are the right. left and center and everything of everything ...

lack of focus by parents while these 90s kids are growing up as both were working, and no nurture by grannies .... (disintegration of older social support system) and no support system out side the home (i.e., at shcool) ... leading to their personality changes ...

in US it's a little better ... even though the children grow up with little attention from parents ... the school system is robust in nurturing and mentoring the child as a whole ... and school even fosters the bond between the kids n parents, and even grand kids if available if possible ....

after marriage for these 'younger millennials'

priorities also different for each one of the couple ...

husband n wife have their own finances, own financial decisions, own financial goals , their own career goals  and family goals ..... one won't compromise for the other ....

if these goals are not met .. they head to divorce .... so they can better find partner that can help with their goals ...

if meanwhile baby happens .... they share responsibility together after divorce like visiting rights, custodial rights ... or they will keep the baby with one of them etc ...

due to separate finances and financial goals .... it acts as a root for divorce ....

and also due to previous sexual habits of using contraception leads to IVF ... then IVF also leads to divorce as IVF is financially and emotionally draining for the couple ...

so .... things are messed up that's the down side

but they generally lead a happy life ... !!! that's the flip side

all these things being said ...

LET'S DON'T JUDGE THEM .... LET THEM BE THEMSELVES AND LIVE A LIFE ...

they can be our younger bro or sis, or nephew or niece or our own children ...

LET THEM BE WHAT THEY ARE ... LET THEM BE LOVED AND BE BELONGED ....

LOVE THEM NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE ...
