Avasaram le .. spouse di use cheskuntunnam anukovachu ga . At the end of the year each employer gives u a form which tells whethr they are covered or not 1045 form anukunta . Tax returns lo okati peduthae saripothadi else need to pay fine if we dont have insurance

adhe bro. if u decline their health ins some companies will ask for proof of insurance...U can tell spouse ani if they ask proof appudu em choopisthav... this is just to clear they doubt 2nd job aah kadhaa ani..ofcouse its depends on HR anukuo..

Both are legal. Vallu job lo pattukuntene out otherwise it is easy to manage all other things

You are thinking much bro . I havr never seen hr asking for declining insurance . It is not about 35$ , having 2 insurances emanna prob ithadani antunna
