malla amaravathi 30k acres antha ginjudu endhuku. It does not even have a sea coast. 

Also yout thinking is completely wrong and fraud. When people are kicked out of their land and donate 35k acres they expect a lot more than a road. They need high quality jobs to show for it. SHAR occupied the area for 60 acres. Except of new outside scienties and outside policemen using the beaches like their private beaches. Nothing came for nellore.

Orey Babu the whole area of location has saline water problem , there was never a history of farming there outside of few lakes.  Only a few fishermen lived there and they are still living in that area  

Amaravati eentha ayina chesukondi just don't spend state govt funds , shar laaga central govt ki ayina icheyandi 

Just look up the population density of surrounding mandals , it's extremely low.

The topsoil is not saline , ground water is. There are no canal water supplying either ,  sriharikota has lot of plantations made raised with rain water .
