True,I moved back to india because of healthcare expenses. Evado zimbabwe, kenya vadu ammina drugs ki psychiatry lo 4-5 times emergency vellanu.... 2-4 years struggled to manage hospitals moving different states...

good thing is medication will be covered by coupons

Private person land kabja now a days is rare and very hard with media and computerized records.. Mostly now a days politicians and business people are concentrating on poramboku lands, government lands, wakf board lands etc. They don't touch private individual's lands..

But what will they gain out of it. Ultimately the court will verify the documents and hand over the land to the rightful owner. Appudu you will even lose the money you have spent on building that house.. I know a similar case not 100% same but something on the same lines.. It took them around 8 to 10 months but the court ordered the party that occupied the land to vacate the premises within 30 days or face civil and criminal penalties. The occupying party is a big person but still he quietly vacated the premises.   With computerization of records in both the Telugu States It is very hard to occupy private lands nowadays.. Any change in record needs an aadhar fingerprint scan verification which can't be done without the rightful owner..
