I did same . Almost 10 yrs 5 vehicle 1 house . I felt they are more commercial .

doesn't matter...in the era of internet even if i want to do pooja you can get everything in youtube...most of the pooja at our home are performed through youtube instructions...when my wife tried to contact a temple long back for pooja they said its $500 or something...i said f it i will better donate it to charity and perform the same from youtube playlist

i don't get it somehow...the 1st thing i do when i get a new vehicle is put a small scratch some where on the bottom panel and get done with worrying about other people denting my vehicle..brahmi-funny.gif

instead of superstition, it can be seen as a celebration bro...it's kind of respecting (taking care of) your tool and knowing it's worth...
