Most of the credit unions - make sure to apply for a savings & checking account before applying loan. 
Wait for the bank account to be approved before applying loan(Car, house, heloc, credit card etc.). If not, they decline all apps.

I got from capital one bank 2 months ago for 1.99 but I got it from Hyundai dealer and it was capital one
