BJP saw this coming. There were few hints and developments. Only 2-3 weeks back MIM MLAs joined RJD, and it became the largest party in the assembly. It will now have first chance form the govt in case if there was an Eknath Shinde...no rewards to JDU being part of NDA either. Paswan is now getting closer to the BJP.

Nitish now has last 2-3 years of active political life left after which JDU is up for grabs just like JDS In Karnataka. Its advantage BJP where it now aims to come to power on its own.
