It is a compliance issue ra sainik. These issues are there in every financial company - usually a warning or a fine is done. Many times they are even ignored. In the end - fraud means stealing someone's money not about not including a disclosure. HAs Margadarsi fiannciers or chit funds fail to return money to a single depositor ?
