32A form tho authundi AP lo but Telangana lo after Dharani implementation there’s no such form. So everyone has to be at the registration office. POA works if it’s given to your mother or father.

Registration vadilesthe as a NRI you cannot buy agricultural land atleast on your name without RBI pre-approval … if ne luck baga leka if caught you will be charged FEMA act.

Only unless you are not an Indian  citizen(means youbhave accpeted US citizenship, otherwise you are very much an Indian and buy without any restrictions

Incorrect info! NRI (Non resident Indian) antene Indian citizen residing outside India. Once you accept US citizenship you are not an NRI anymore. FEMA Act clearly says Indian citizen residing outside of India cannot buy agricultural land without pre-approval of RBI.

  1. All requests for acquisition of agricultural land/plantation property/ farm house by any person resident outside India or foreign nationals may be made to The Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Central Office, Exchange Control Department, Foreign Investment Division (III), Mumbai 400 001.
