to some extent but not completely. I do IF regularly OMAD except on weekends. After 6PM no food. It took almost 6 months to regulate my Circadian Rhythm. By 9.30PM I get sleep irrespective of cell phone/tv/laptop. wakeup by 5AM

I had severe insomnia few years back….made a habit of sleeping and waking up at a certain time.. a month or so was very difficult to fall sleep but later all got set

I used the lowest dosage - 3mcg and I sleep like baby for 10 hours.... Why I stopped ?if I wake up early, I am not that active 

Also, next day I can't sleep as I overslept the day before...

For me it didn't work
