Tamils have a superiority complex and they always try to prove that they are better than others. as long as hindi, punjabi, marathi, or gujarathi people rule us, they won't have a problem. but if telugu states have better growth, then it'll hurt their ego. they still couldn't digest the success of baahubali. you can still see many of them attacking rajamouli and telugu films on every occassion. when someone uploads a video mocking south films, you'll find at least one malayalee saying that malayalam films are good but everything else is trash. the problem is that they don't say that good films exist like some malayalee films but try to portray themselves as better.

I just said movies scenario for discussing divides among us. having south india as a separate country won't solve any problems for us but only make them bigger. moreover, security would be a big concern as pak & china want to occupy us the moment we form a separate country. the only thing that connects India and kept us all together is hinduism. without it, the entire system collapses.

Is Hindusim connecting us with nepal? should we form a country with Bali in indonesia ?

Lets be honest - what connects india is the british rule and british bureacracy inherited by indian civil service.

Religion is nonsense and can never be basis for country. It ultimately results in relentless communal violence and a hate cycle.

I agree with you on tamils.  Iam not saying south india should be one country. It can be four countries.

There is no need of even independent countries if we can have an extremely federal set up.

TN has water conflicts with all bordering states , with increased power they may just bully weaker states into submission 

Historically south India was never a single unit , there were kerala empires , chola empire , vijaynagar empire , kakatiya empire which did not even cover all Telugu land etc   

South India as a whole will never work out ,  if anything existing states will choose to be seprate countries 

 

Then make Tamil Nadu separate country

Tamil Nadu tried Secession long back during Indo China war, they even sent a govt delegation Henry Kissinger who is a right hand man to Richar nixon who hated India to core.

Their plan was to separate from India and take a part of sri Lanka to establish Tamil country and control Palk straight (by removing so called Ram Setu) and prosper entirely on its revenue.

Thing with Tamil people is, they will say Hindi speaking people are oppressing our Dravidian states and the moment its with in south India they love to opress Kerala or Karnataka or Andhra. 

I never understood one thing Telugu has more similarities with Sanskrit than Tamil. If we are identified by our Language which is more Devanagari ( Aryan) then how can telugu people be part of Dravidian ?

Also South India has prospered over years due to no enemy threats or war fear and hardworking people. India will do better as long as its united, whether we like it or not. Most of the people here non returning Indians and are pretty judgmental towards India
