That England couldn't have predicted in first day bro. In fact they were not comfortable with the total they had in 2nd innings which is why they batted till all out. If Eng added 50 to 100 more which I feel they could have with Root solid at crease and pitch much favorable to bat on first 3 days then it would be more pressure for Aus in much more difficult circumstances. 

I feel Khawaja played his natural game, that's how plays in general. In second innings he was slow as the innings progressed but that was more because the pitch slowed down considerably.

They know it is a slow pitch and it is hard to bat as the match progresses .. so it is better to have as many runs as possible in the first innings.. everyone was shocked with their decision to declare so early especially with wickets in hand.. another 50 runs would have made the match totally different..

True.. India’s top order is totally inconsistent from the past 2 years.. hope shubman gill will become a dominant player in the top order… most of them are just coasting based on the their previous records… Kohli is yet to come to form in tests.. he is doing well in odi’s and t20’s…

Can't trust Gill alone to do the dirty job. 

 

If India needs to win, they have to take the best bunch from FC cricket and make them play crunch series. 

 

Get rid of the entire current crop, they have been playing since 10-15 yrs and that's a lot. Use the sticky old guard for minnow teams and let them train the newbies.
