Test cricket lo Tier-1 Tier-2 pettali..

each tier lo 7 teams.so that each teams plays 6 series in 2 years which aligns with current WTC format…every time Tier-1 lo bottom 2 relegated to Tier-2 and Tier-2 vatiki promotion..

best way to keep it competitive
