NZ is depleted - they have barely 11 men to play and for subs, they need to the staff to fill the role. 

these are mathematical probabilities. Doesn't take NRR and next matches into consideration. 
AFG is very difficult  - only chance is bat first against SA, put a decent score and hope SA will crumble. Still their NRR is bad. 

Pak actually has realistic chance if you ask me - provided they beat NZ tomorrow.
