Puri Jagannath - The Savior Of Sinking Bollywood

Puri Jagannath seems to be the savior of the sinking ship of Bollywood at present. He is coming up with his 'Liger' on the coming Friday with a pan India release.

Puri Jagannath has a unique mark in directing a film. It's always packed with intensity, impacting dialogues, trendy shot making, riveting music and the content that appeals to the teens and twenties. His USP has been the combination of all these elements which is keeping him relevant since decades.

Moreover, he is passionate towards the Mumbai backdrop and Hindi dialogues in his films. Yes, he overdoses even his Telugu movies with loads of Hindi. Now he created a platform for himself with 'Liger' to show off his passion for the language.

Adding to this, Vijay Devarakonda, the talented and endearing actor is playing the lead as 'Liger'. He is known for his enticing looks and charm who has the potential to pull the attention of pan Indian audience like that of Hrithik Rishan of Kaho Na Pyar Hai days.

As an icing on the cake, he brought in the world famous Mike Tyson to play his part in the movie.

If the content of the films works even at an average level, then it may shake the Bollywood box office. Right now, looking at the films around, we can say that Tollywood's average is Bollywood's blockbuster stuff.

Bollywood has been starving and living on the Southern films. They don't have any original content that is out of the box these days. We are talking about 'out of the box' in the context of making style and narrative patterns. Films like KGF and Vikram worked in the Bollywood circuit only for this reason.

Puri Jagannath has all that in him to make a successful blast in Bollywood. If this works, then it is needless to say that the entire Khandaan, the Singhs, Kapoors and Kumars will be behind him. He proves to be the savior of the sinking ship.

All that we have to do is to wait with fingers crossed.
