Indulo dosalu etla vastai bro.. we can book chicken curry it tastes good but need to put more oil. Taste matram adiripothundi.. you can feel difference cooking in non-stick kadai and iron skillet. 

 

For dosa you can try this, its 10.5 inch so you get small dosa compared to non-stick 12.5 inch..

I used cast iron had to use more oil/ghee too much crispy em raavu so returned back to non-stick ..bought from India granite coating non-stick prestige di. for now happy with that.

Using this and pretty good, make sure to pre season before starting with dosa preparation

iron kabati daily usage ki wash cheyadu.. if you wash dry it after wash and season it with any oil and store it, else it will get rust.
