Hello Friends, don’t know if the issue got resolved. Thought to layout an approach. If you can get him to go for mental health evaluation and his psychiatrist deems he is dangerous to himself or he is incapable of making decisions for himself, someone from immediate family can take custody even though he is an adult and there by being able to make decisions in a adult-child manner. Sorry in advance if my suggestion has any shortcomings for the local jurisdiction. Chala sad situation edi. Hope everything is okay.
