Affordability has definitely gone down with high interest rates across the country… but there are plenty of people with lot of cash.. konevallu inka kontunnaru.. for some people, the only reason not to buy is the hope that the home prices will come down… rates peruguthaayi ante malli yegabadi kontaaru..
