Avg 250 gms , 1 gm protien in nutrition value per pound of body weight make sure you drink lemon and ACV for avoiding kidney stone problems

5 feet 8 inches height

185 pounds

unable to eat 90gms protein per day , feeling full. Is it must to eat more protein for my height I need to eat 94 to 147gms and calories of 1500 to lose weight. Hardly am able to eat 1400 , 1300 done dragging and forcefully eating to full fill 1500 one. Am I doing something wrong. Hating to eat food

That's fine fat tho with one or two meals tho u can sustain and you feel active that is perfect bro

I am stuck at 185 pounds for long time, I was doing OMAD regularly and also 3 days fasts. I cleansed my body but unable to reduce weight. I was eating less protein and more fat . didn't count calories during eating window. I think that is the reason I didn't lose weight

Some times you hit the plateu I used to do 24 hour fast worked may br u r in optimal weight
