there is no telangana movie industry... chennai nundi thatta butta sardukuni hyd vachaaru kabatti studios & infrastructure undi. that's all. telangana never had a distinct identity in Indian cinema. people recognize everything as telugu films.

Sorry my context is in regards to the new flood of talent otherwise completely  dominated by Andhra producers, directors and actors.

he triggered that paradigm shift where we are seeing talent influx from the region bringing in their touch and nativity taking a center stage in the content creation and hence forth. A movie like Jathi Ratnalu or DJ Tillu wouldn’t have had happened if things were the same

Agree albeit he is born and bought in Hyderabad, he has an immense love for the city and that shows in his work. He is the most sincere and grounded director in TFI imo

Sekhar Kammula understands feelings & emotions better than others. Fidaa is more close to TG culture than Arjun Reddy, ismart shankar & DJ Tillu. he shows middle-class life, family relationships, and celebrations in a respectable manner. aayana movies lo ladies ki kooda chaala importance untundi. but unfortunately TG peru cheppi boothu cinemalu teese batch ekkuvavutunnaru.
