Indirectly, Rajiv Gandhi and Sam Pitroda should be given accolades for present tech revolution in India and partly IBM for identifying  and promoting India as favorable IT destination on global scene, appatiki Microsoft was not a huge player.

Anyway, my argument still remains. What he has done to IT in Hyderabad, many others did much better to their respective states in India. You never hear anyone but CBN talk about it. He tries to project himself as this visionary, which he is not. He did some good for sure. I admire his capabilities as an administrator. But, he is definitely not a visionary. He was more talk, less actions. 

If you want to verify facts for yourself, just google the IT exports of Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad and Trivandrum between 1995 to 2005. You would see the answer for yourself. But, all you hear is CBN is IT and IT is CBN. That is what is a little hard to digest. CBN was shortsighted and I am not in IT or in the US because of CBN. Indian diaspora in USA always had a good number of Telugus. There were several doctors that migrated to the states. Even now, the wealthy diaspora of Indians settled in the US is not from Andhra. That would be the Gujaratis who are not known for IT.

Any explanation why only telugu people are so much in IT sector in usa and in india too ? if pune/bangalore/chennai all developed even better than hyd - we should we seeing kokallalu of them also doign these nice high paying jobs.

No. The Telugu people are being fed that there is no other career but IT BS. There are no opportunities within the state, but to go to IT and do the slavery. Many other states are not in desperation. So, you see the numbers in IT don't speak the real story. Anyway, you believe that we are in IT because of CBN and I don't . There is no midway we both could meet and agree on. So, so long, brother. CBN surely WAS very good administrator and convincing Microsoft and promoting Satyam and few others surely he was a boon..

But he is a human who goes to sh** in the morning so he also has his own weakness..

Problem is he tries to take too much credit and  in general not a team player and its like one man show for TDP party so we are seeing its downfall recently

Even Gandhi was called Mahatma in his golden times but then we know he has gone mad in late years and was shot dead..

Alagaeee CBN these days is more of nuisance and better he retire from politics as atani self dabba is irritating..

Biggest mistake is A.P people giving him chance in 2014 as he made a deep mess with so called Amaravati disaster ...

oh so working for fortune 500 companies with regular salary, health insruance, gc route to america, 401k gatra is slavery ? nice.

And who is "feeding" them ? whoever it is they are doing a great job because other state folks will give a hand and leg to do these jobs.
