Looking to buy an apartment in Miyapur Area, Hyderabad

Parents ni Vizag nunchi Hyd shift cheddamanukuntunna, first lo oka 6 months rent ki apartment teesukoni, elopala apartment okati kondamani thinking. 

Pls Hyd vasulu especially Miyapur vasulu let me know the Pros and cons like

1. water problems,

2. eletricity supply,

3. HOA fees

4. inka buying an apartment as a US Citizen, pros and cons manam ikkada taxlu katala ? Ind lo kooda kattala? alativi

Go for a gated community ,community living baga untadi and also security wise, water and electricity problems em levu ippudu.

check chesukovalisinavi, public transportation access, near by shops, hospitals etc. nuvvu eppdanna Hyderabad ki pote enjoy chese laga unndettu chosuko. Also relatives/friends daggrlo unnara chosuko.

Just curious why miyapur?

Miyapur is huge, it is some colony within miyapur which they built on lake bed has problems but not whole miyapur and it is more polished than before after metro connectivity(okkapudu maa college poyetappudu okka rtc workshop tappa em undedikadu)

Also most of the new gated communities are towards bachupalli(3-5 kms away from miyapur crossroads)

My guess 6000/sft unnadi akkada. If you are lucky you might get it under 5500/sft. So 75 anukunna with amenities, registration, gst anni kalipi 85 avuddi.

Miyapur nundi inkastha mundalki velli teesukovadam better emo kaka…existing Miyapur baaga crowded vundi and in the days to come, it will only get worse. Density of population is very high comparatively…

Away from Miyapur, like 5-6 Kms velli closer to bachupally better IMO..new apartment better price ki vastadi and crowded kuda vundadu. Considering parents, iyala Repu transport is not an issue anymore, so is electricity and other things and ekada vunna we are not too far away from basic amenities…atleast traffic, crowd takuva vunte saal anuko..

My babai lives in miyapur bro, so valla community lo ne or near by I mean very near by apartment teesukundamani. so that my parents will have access to someone who can look at them.
